Services offered
Prices are per hour. 1–2 sessions a week recommended.
SAT, ACT, and select AP exam prep, with a dual focus on relevant material and test taking strategy, personalized to your child’s strengths and weaknesses.
AP subjects: English literature and language, Micro- and macro-economics, all math, all physics.
Raise grades and lower stress, whether that requires reviewing the material, catching up on homework, coming up with a study plan, or demystifying the dreaded essay.
Available for all high and middle school subjects.
Make their application stand out by showcasing the unique ways in which your child is thoughtful, inquisitive, and ready to contribute to a college community.
Let’s take their education beyond the classroom by diving deep into your child’s interests, whether they be visual arts, creative writing, computer science, filmmaking, or engineering (just to name a few). I’ll provide structure, guidance, and motivation as they work towards a project they can be proud of.

Hey! I’m a San Diego based writer, filmmaker, and former SpaceX engineer.
A little bit about me: I grew up in the Bay Area and graduated from Tufts University in 2019 with a BS and MS in Computer Science and a minor in Economics. I worked as a software engineer until 2024, when I decided it was time to pursue my long held dream of making movies. So far it’s going pretty great!
But I didn’t do any of this alone—it was the time and effort of many teachers and mentors that got me there. The right teacher at the right time can change your life.
I prefer tutoring one-on-one (or in small groups) so that I can customize each lesson to the student’s specific needs. In addition to completing assignments and mastering material, your child will develop a sense of how they work best and learn strategies that will help them throughout high school and beyond. I hope to leave them with an interest in learning and a confidence in their ability to do so.
